In early 2004 after an almost 3-year PR hiatus, Snapfish chose Double Forte to drive awareness for the company in an increasingly competitive marketplace.

Double Forte’s program focused on messaging and media relations to rebuild the brand and company reputation among key target groups by highlighting existing company assets, product programs and successes. We established a three-tiered media focus to reach 1) a core female customer, 2) the business and analyst community, and 3) mobile and technology partners. We conducted various creative media and analyst relations campaigns and press tours to best take advantage of Snapfish’s growth, value pricing, quality and usability, compelling products and early mobile offerings.
